I am Eliseo, a frontend developer and certified TYPO3 integrator and editor in Dresden.

This site

I use this site to build things I want to understand better. Later I also want to use it to share what I have learned over the last years. New things I learn usually show up here first.

The projects section collects things I built, with notes on how they work.

The site has easter eggs. Some are visible, some are hidden. The settings panel and the command line (⌘K) are the entry points.

    A mobile-first web app for bike commuters in Germany. It shows the rain, wind and gradient on your route and the best time to leave within the next hour.

3D shift

Pointer-driven rotation plus a sheen that follows the cursor. Card content sits on its own Z plane, so the parallax is real rather than a background trick.

Dynamic type

Every dimension on this site is in rem. Moving the scale rebuilds the whole composition, not only the paragraph size.

Phosphor

One color token drives the CSS, the CRT glow and the WebGL uniforms. Switching it recolors the shaders and the syntax highlighting at once.

The background

A displaced grid, a dust field and two wireframe solids sharing one color uniform. It reads your scroll position and glitches when you change page.
